Obituary for Julie Ann Edworthy
Julie Ann Edworthy was born on December 29, 1959 in Flin Flon, MB. She was the middle child of 5 to parents Thomas and Betty Edworthy. She grew up playing on the rocks, attending church and working at the movie theatre.
Julie took nursing in The Pas, MB which led to a lifelong career in health care. She was hardworking, dedicated and always put patients and clients first. Caring for people truly was her passion.
Julie loved reading, crocheting, sweet treats, Archie comics and anything with owls. She loved to travel and enjoyed her many trips with England, Hawaii and Dominican Republic being her favourites. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
The greatest joy in Julie's life was her grandchildren. She spent many hours painting, constructing Lego, playing make believe, telling stories and snuggling them. She was happiest when she was with 'her boys' making special memories and fulfilling their every wish.
Her memory will be lovingly carried on by her daughter Jen (Tyler) Wilkinson, grandsons Topher and Keir, husband Alvin Hill, step-son Landon Hill, mother-in-law Mary Hill along with her siblings Barbara (Warren) Braaten, Larry (Sharon) Edworthy, Sandra (Todd) Simms and Jamie Edworthy. As well as her chosen sister Kathy (Allan) Oar, close friends Maureen Heron, Elaine Halvorsen, Joanne Plamondon, Bertha Head, Judy Grandguillot and her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Awaiting her with open arms are her parents, Thomas and Betty Edworthy and her precious little boy, Gregory McLaren.
